Meerkats
Meerkats of the Kalahari Desert work very effectively together as a team. Whilst some serve as lookouts, watching the skies for birds of prey, the rest busy themselves foraging for food or eating, keeping each other updated with purring sounds. Fathers and siblings help to raise meerkat young, allowing mothers to be fully involved with other responsibilities.

Team Zero
Team Zero is designed to actually create a high performing team - a team with zero errors - a team that delivers every time and surpasses expectations. The program is attended by the entire team. Through a combination of psychometric profiling, discussion, debriefed activity, specialist input, feedback and analysis the team consider their current performance, objectives, pressures, opportunities, resources, strengths and development needs. They then develop practical strategies for reaching the optimum level of future team performance together.

Task & Review Workshops
We build our task and review workshops around a series of carefully selected tasks, designed to test the team’s operation and effectiveness.
After each task, everyone gets constructive feedback on their contribution and on the team’s operation. We then work together to find ways of becoming even more effective…… And then onto the next task to try out the newly agreed approaches.
One day, multi day, non-residential or residential, videoed or just observed - whatever will work best for your team's circumstances.
Strategic Direction / Operational Review Workshops
Our experienced consultants will conduct a facilitated review of relevant, pre-defined topics. For example: team objectives, challenges, strategy, operation, internal dynamics, external relationships etc. We focus on the realities of the environment within which the team must succeed and assist them in defining a practical way forward.
We'll structure and manage proceedings to involve everyone, focus appropriately and provide interest and variety.
Project Team Development
Let us have your project teams before the project starts - please!
We'll get them focused, properly communicating with each other and working together so that once the project goes live they hit the ground running.
To do this we build the workshop around the project’s and the team’s needs – addressing development of the areas that will contribute to success.
Diagnostics – Analysing Team Effectiveness & Team Member Contribution
To support our workshops, where appropriate, we’ll conduct an analysis of the dynamics within the team.
We carry out the relevant psychometric profiling, competency-based 360° feedback or survey online. Then we’ll debrief it during the workshop with the group. Respecting sensitivities and helping everyone recognise how to further develop their own contribution and overall team performance.
Where helpful, pre or post event, we spend time with everyone on an individual basis, reviewing their own style and approach and identifying how they can be even more effective.
