Eliza Quek

An experienced trainer, facilitator, speaker and coach who works with leaders and multi-cultural groups of all levels.
Eliza focuses on designing and introducing practical and engaging development and change initiatives to support the achievement of professional and business goals. Her corporate experience includes senior management roles in Singapore Straits Holdings and Esso.
Specialisms include management development, strategic planning, managing complexities and change, creating and sustaining competitive advantage, risk management, scenario creation and crisis management.

Sarah Cook
Sarah has extensive experience helping global organisations improve their leadership development and customer service capability.
She works with senior executives and managers both at a group and a one-to-one level and also designs and facilitates leading edge programs for customer facing staff.
Her corporate experience includes European Marketing Director for Unilever. Sarah regularly speaks at conferences on leadership development and culture change. She is also a successful author of business and customer service books.

Titus Chui
A senior consultant and highly experienced trainer and facilitator. His expertise includes management development, customer service, sales training, banking law and operations.
Titus' corporate experience includes Head of People Development for CITIC Ka Wah Bank and Group Training & Development Manager for Jardine Flemings Holdings Ltd, responsible for the Group’s learning and development in Asia Pacific.

Amanda Gartshore
Amanda is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an experienced behavioural change consultant, coach and trainer.
She specialises in the application of Psychometric instruments to support individual and team development and in Assessment and Development Centre design and management.
Her corporate experience includes internal consultancy roles in relation to introducing behavioural change and senior HR positions in Citigroup. Amanda regularly speaks on performance improvement, leadership and team development matters.
