Overview
This stimulating and intensive program places leaders in an environment where, through involvement in challenging discussions and safe indoor tasks and activities, they learn how their behaviour impacts upon others and how they can be more effective as an influencer and as a leader.
Content
- Pre-program preparation involving analysis and of own leadership behaviour, past influences and decision making plus 360 Degree Feedback.
- Development of skills in providing behavioural feedback.
- Involvement in a series of challenging activities and discussions, both as a leader and also as a non leader, followed by comprehensive feedback on contribution, impact and behaviour.
- Specialist input in respect of: Influencing techniques / Interaction skills / Team and process working.

- Confidential, individual 1:1 coaching to support development.
Approach
The intense nature of this program provides a cathartic “personal journey” experience, where participants develop heightened self awareness. They conduct an analysis of past influences, receive feedback from their team and / or colleagues and optionally, 1:1 coaching. They will contunually give and receive behavioral feedback during the program.
