Emperor Penguins
Emperor penguins in Antarctica help each other survive -30 degree temperatures and 200 km per hour katabatic winds. As many as ten penguins pack into every square metre of the 6000 strong penguin huddle they form. Co-operating in the face of common hardship, each taking a turn in occupying the warmest and coldest positions. Teamwork at its best!

Our Global Team
Loxton Consulting Group (Singapore) is headed by Paul Loxton who is our Managing Director and lead consultant. Paul has worked with leaders and multi-cultural groups throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States.

Paul has held Director level positions in Operations and Human Resource Management, including that of Vice President and Director of Management & Organisational Development with Citigroup. Based in Singapore, we work throughout Asia Pacific. Additionally, through our London office, we support organisations that have international operations, utilising our experienced, global consultant team. |
